This Privacy Policy explains how Pendulum Productions LLC dba Livalittle (“Livalittle”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use PrepVis (the “Service”). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data — name and email address, provided through our authentication provider when you sign in.

• Your Content — the scenes, projects, and images you create or upload, stored so you can access them across devices.

• Usage & device data — basic logs (e.g. feature use, errors, IP address, browser/device) used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

• Billing data — processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We receive confirmation of your plan and status, not your full card details.

2. How We Use Data

• to provide, maintain, and secure the Service;

• to sync your projects and deliver the features you use;

• to process and confirm purchases (via Paddle);

• to respond to support requests and send service-related notices;

• to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records), and based on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service and keeping it secure.

4. Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (“processors”) who help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards, including:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd. — Merchant of Record: payments, billing, tax, and fraud prevention.

• Auth0 / Okta — authentication and sign-in.

• Cloud hosting & storage providers — to host the Service and store your projects and media.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. International Transfers

We operate from the United States and may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for any period required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
